The full kitchen in our suite was a fantastic feature that allowed us to prepare our own meals comfortably.

We encountered multiple issues with the hot water being only warm during our stay, making showers less enjoyable.

this hotel is definitley not worth the stay, I was woken up by the noise, even a shower at 2:30 am! The warm water? More like lukewarm! I expected free breakfast as compensation but I got nothing. I almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't, what a disappointment.

Noise from neighboring rooms really disrupted any chance of relaxation!!! Hot water availability needs improvement, as I encountered lukewarm water during my stay!!! The parking lot lighting felt inadequate, raising concerns about safety!!!

Had a great stay with friends! We loved the pool and the breakfast was solid, with plenty of options. The location is perfect for shopping at Twelve Oaks Mall and catching events at the Suburban Collection Showplace, both just minutes away. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home.

The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped, which was a minor issue during our stay.

We had an amazing time! The indoor pool and cozy outdoor BBQ area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only hiccup was some hot water issues, but it didn’t put a damper on our fun. 😊

I felt right at home in the One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds, where the attention to cleanliness showed! The BBQ area with a fire pit was a cozy spot to unwind after a busy day. Plus, I was blown away by the good breakfast options, including cooked rice and miso soup, a unique touch that made mornings special!

The location is perfect, with major highways nearby for easy travel. I loved the cleanliness of the One-Bedroom King Suite, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while visiting for a bowling tournament! The location is perfect—close to Twelve Oaks Mall and the Suburban Collection Showplace. The staff was incredibly supportive, especially Jerry, who helped us in a tight spot on the day of the event.

My wife says that it would be great if the pool was open longer.
